Reflect and then make your resolutions!
Did you know that over a third of resolutions don’t make it past January and over three quarters are abandoned soon after? We're pretty sure this doesn’t surprise you. After all, your resolutions were probably hastily shared on New Years evening without much conviction or forethought.
Even if you did sit down and write this year's goals, it is likely they are the same list as last year - lose weight, go to the gym etc. How excited are you about those this time around?
So we invite you do something more empowering that will work:
- Take some time to reflect on how far you have come in these last 12 months, using the exercise in the second half of the International Women’s Day blog.
- Now, realizing how amazing you really are, envision the next 12 months by Kickstarting Your Vision.
We know these are important first steps which will create the motivation to create real change.
