Sukhy is an enthusiastic and experienced leadership coach, trainer and consultant with 25 years commercial experience working in and with blue chip companies.

She developed her passion for making a difference to individuals and teams whilst working in BT, where she worked for 20 years in various mid-management roles from Marketing, IT and Resource Management.

Sukhy is an Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She started coaching in 2002 after graduating from a psychology degree and then went on to train with 5 top coaching schools. She is also trained and accredited across a number of different psychology disciplines.

She has worked with a number of organisations in the UK including Royal Holloway College, Deloitte, Proctor and Gamble, Network Rail, NHS, Sight Concern, EC1 New Deal for Communities, and BT. She has coached across various levels from CEO’s to graduates and has worked extensively across different cultures.

Sukhy has trained, coached and supervised managers over the last 5 years in the UK and abroad to obtain International Coaching Federation standards in their coaching skills.
