Rapid Change Consultancy (“RCC” or “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us will be processed by us, including your use of websites owned and operated by RCC or when you use any service we offer.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Rapid Change Consultancy of 130 Ballynahinch Rd, Dromore BT25 1EA.
How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following ways:

What types of personal data we collect from you

- Identify and contact and contract information when you contract with us as a new customer.
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site “rapidchangeconsultancy.com” (our site). This includes information provided at the subscribing to our newsletter service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion and when you report a problem with our site.
- If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access.
- Potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on blogs/sites. Note, commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
Where we store your personal data
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

- Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
- HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom.
- Third parties to whom we may choose to buy, sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.
- If we are required to do so by law, any applicable regulation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others. This may include disclosing to other companies and organisations in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Your Rights
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time at support@rapidchangeconsultancy.com. Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, product/service experience or other transactions.
Please note that if you click on, or follow, any links from our site to external websites, our privacy policy will no longer apply. Please check the privacy policies of any such external site before submitting any personal data, as we cannot accept any responsibility or liability in relation to them.
